Survival Fest Adventures Corp plans to organize a dart tag invitational event at the facilities of Ohio University in Athens Ohio. The game, know as Humans vs. Zombies is a large-scale game of tag played across the country, primarily on college campuses but also in many other public settings. Players start as Humans, defending themselves from being tagged with toy dart blasters and other soft objects like rolled up (clean) socks. Once they're tagged, they switch to the Zombie team and try to tag other players, until everyone has been tagged and is on the Zombie team. In addition to tag, it can include other games, such as capture the flag, tug of war, and a lot of other silly group competitions that foster group creativity and comradery. The activity management and organization will be conducted by volunteers from the dart tag community. 100 percent of all member and volunteer time will be dedicated to planning and running this event. As part of this invitational, players from across the county will gather to form teams and participate. Funding for this will be through event ticket sales as well as donations. 100 percent of all funds will go to the expenses of this event or normal admin and operating costs. This invitational coopetition will serve as an initial example of professionalism and participating in the dart tag community as well as server to introduce previously underserved community members to the sport of dart tag.

Because of the tag-based game mechanics and field of play, it provides an opportunity for increased physical activity and team building. We aim to organize one or more events annually, but the length and size of each event may vary depending on the goal of the event and capacity of the planning team. A typical large event might last 1-3 days with several missions spanning 1-2 hours each with breaks in between, and may also provide short form amateur competitions or opportunities for learning and community-building.
